We will produce before you confirm the sample. Under normal circumstances would not appear quality problem,however when it occurred, we would responsible for the problem we made. If it is the communicated problem, we can through negotiation.

Of cause, according to your requirements, we guarantee that the product can pass America or EU environmental detection.

7. Can you make post processing?

9. May I know the delivery time?
Mostly, 7-10 days, but for environmental standards, it would be longer than generally. Please be ordered in advance to avoid the peak season.

Product description:
1. This information does not possess any warranties. To obtain the best result, please do your own testing before the first use or if you change the production technology.
2. When you use both dark and light leather to manufacture the same product, please separate each part of the product to avoid color transfer.
3. Do testing before using all kind of treating agents.
4. Because of the special nature of raw materials may lead to slightly different color differences between batches, we do not recommend mixing different batches of the product.

Properties:

(1) High hydrolysis resistance and weather fastness: pass the Jungle test(70ºC,95%RH). Without surface cracking for more than 10 weeks and can used for more than 10years.
(2)Flex resistance: without crack for 300 thousand times at room temperature and 30 thousand times at -10 ºC.
(3)Light weight: lighter than PVC by 40% and lighter than genuine leather by 32% at the same thickness.
(4)Hand feel: feel like the genuine leather.
(5)Smell: the smell is very slight and below 3 level of automotive interior standard.
(6)Environmental protection: low VOC, up to the Reach and RoHS standards.
(7)Color fastness: not easy to fade
(8)Flame retardant: up to BS5852-Part1, FMVSS302 and B8410-2006 standards.
(9)anti-bacterial and anti-mildew.
